I’ve been great. After recently dropping my first project I’ve been feeling more confident day by day. Falling in love with my craft song by song.
Where are you from?
I’m from Tampa Florida born and raised.
How did you get into music?
What really got me started with music was my bros. After growing up singing in church I didn’t really think I would ever be here. But when I started experimenting with different sounds my brother told me I had something. From there I ran with it honestly.
What is your greatest achievement as a musician?
My biggest achievements in music so far has to be opening up for D Savage at the Pegasus lounge with my boy Dxrkknight, Collaboration with my bro BigGuySky and dropping my first project “Who Is CMB Ty” on all platforms.
What are 3 words that describe your music?
If I had to describe my music it has to be, emotion driven, melodic and catchy. My music speaks to people that want to hear something real.
What do you want people to take away after listening to your music?
I want my listeners to be able to listen to my music when they are sad, happy, chill. I really want them to relate to my music on an emotional level. Which is why I always try to bring a real aspect to my music, with every song relating to how I’m feeling at the time.
Who inspires you the most musically?
My biggest inspiration was honestly Juice Wrld. He was the first one to really master that sound. The emotion driven melodies over trap beats. He mixed the rock and hip hop sound. Honestly one of my favorite artists of all time. Legend.
Who is one artist you wish you could work with?
One artist I would live to work with would definitely be Youngboy or lil poppa. Feel my sound would mesh with there’s effortlessly.
Tell us about any new music you have coming out? When is coming out? What is it about?
After releasing my first EP I’m thinking about my next few singles. Sometime in the future me and BigGuySky will be dropping a collaboration tape. Definitely something in the works. And then we will see what the future holds.
